I don't like to read fiction, generally speaking. I've just not gotten into it. However, I have heard that reading the book is better than the movie, and I don't doubt it.
Puck rock. :D Sorry, I couldn't resist mentioning it. Well, people who don't like punk might call it Puke rock. Plenty of snobs dislike punk rock, hence why it was dubbed punk at the start by other people probably. Myself, I like all sorts of music so not dissing the genre.
You can't discuss funk and soul without mentioning them. They definitely have their own sound especially due to the lead singer. Who has heard their stuff?
Her best songs seemed to be 9 to 5 and Islands in the Stream (written by the Bee Gees). I don't really like her other music, but I think she's a very nice and interesting person. Who has heard of these songs?
I don't dislike a lot of it. However, some of it is dumb; let's be honest. However, the critics of New Country are too harsh, and all the classic country wasn't so great.
A lot of pop country is crap. It is all the stereotypes' people throw at it. Nonetheless, I'm not making this opinion as a snob. I am quite open minded to people just not being overly complicated.
A lot of people make fun of his music as being sappy. However, he was great at writing love songs. However, among many "cool people" some may not want to admit being a fan. I guess it depends on the culture you surround yourself with.
Yeah, I like both of them. Why is there a competition? However, some people just seem to hate Sammy Hagar, and maybe a few David Lee Roth, but I'm sure it's way less.
He provided a lot of melodic bass playing that was pioneering at the time. Well, knowing this makes listening to Beatles tunes more interesting and I hear what they are saying. Who hear plays bass, wants to, or simply admires the instrument and how do you feel about "a step above" type bass...
YouTube is the biggest one. You simply search out channels related to learning music and there are a ton. However, not all of them are of the same quality.
Loyalty often goes hand in hand with love. Well, trust is a big thing in relationships including romantic ones. If you are loyal, then you build trust, and that builds love.
Yeah, no doubt clock watching is bad as the saying goes "A watched pot never boils" ;). Who has heard that one? Well, what makes time go slow is mental boredom. What else could it be?
I love XenForo, but it's not a good choice for many people, as it is luxurious, cost money, and not necessary in many cases. Well, phpBB, Simple Machines (SMF), and some WordPress derived forum software (WordForo, BBPress) are mobile/tablet friendly. In fact, even MyBB probably has a free...
People who are intolerant can be very enthusiastic about what they post and push a forum or blog forward. Nonetheless, as this person is saying, it turns into a Salem Witchcraft Trail or Inquisition. In that case, be careful what forums you post in, to make sure differing viewpoints are cool...
I see what the OP is saying. There is so much hypocrisy in labeling one type of music as being drug obsessed. It's almost like all Reggae is about is drugs, which is obviously false.
A lot of it seems lame nowadays. How about some skit on Saturday Night Live with Jack Black doing figure skating :D. Why can't writers be more creative than they are now?
I've noticed with more sleep time goes faster. Other strategies are studying things in your head or thinking of music in your head. Of course, if music is playing that helps time go faster,
Going back to my original statement, lack of sleep seems to make the situation way worse.
I think tattoos are a big macho thing. I guess it's a rite of passage of sorts. However, though, lots of women want tattoos too, I guess for some kind of maturity test, Well, all in all, it's a rebel look, but if everybody does it, it isn't as much like that.
I think that's being a bit too harsh. In many situations, people are just human, and they make mistakes. Some are blatantly terrible, and others are just people having things they wanted people to trust in screw up.
