When we take a critical look at it, Hip-hop's influence on other genres is undeniable. With its beats, lyrical styles and production techniques, hip-hop has shaped the sound of various genres.

Rock, pop, R&B, and electronic music have all incorporated hip-hop elements, resulting in fusion styles like rap-rock and hip-hop soul.
What is more, many artists across genres have collaborated with hip-hop artists, further blurring the lines.

Do you agree?

I agreed so well. Apart from blues, hip-hop has been collaborated with other genres of music. Without hip-hop, some songs don't have great vibes and I understand the reason why many artists collaborate with hip-hop artists and the songs usually comes out well.

If not hip-hop, many songs will be flat like a tire. There haven't been a song that's collaborated with hip-hop that didn't make it in the daylight. Hip-hop's influence on their genres of songs can never be denied.

Hip-hop has influenced many other music genres in a huge way.
Pop music now often includes rap verses and hip-hop beats to make songs catchier.
Even rock, R&B, and electronic music borrow hip-hop rhythms, sampling, and lyrical styles.
I attend events like Jameson Connect and notice how artists blend hip-hop with different genres to create fresh sounds.

That’s the fact. To an extent it has brought about the birth of a lot of talented artists and it has helped brought to spotlight other genre.

Hip-hop really brought energy and crossover appeal to music, no doubt but saying every collab becomes a hit might be a stretch. Still, its influence is undeniable.
