Is anyone still buying CDs?

I'm no longer into buying CDs currently but I still have a very good library of them because I used to play so much when I was younger on my CD player. My CD player is still very good but I don't have the time to go into using it to play when I can easily stream music on Spotify and YouTube music.
 
Unfortunately, I no longer have a CD player. If I did, I wouldn't mind buying CD's of old classic songs and play them. I only still have by Vinyl player and I still use it.

It’s even a surprise that you still have a vinyl player. Not many people have and use it anymore these days.

I don't even know how to use some of these old relic. It's quite confusing while looking for the forward or backward switch or searching for the volume. It's old meaning that only the old can operate them so well.

There is rarely any place that you can even find a CD player these days, except you use a computer that still has disk drive.
 
Yeah, people still buy CDs, maybe not as many as back in the day, but they're definitely not dead. Some just like owning something physical, especially collectors or fans who want album art, lyrics, or special packaging. K-pop fans, for example, go all-in because the CDs usually come with cool extras like photo cards and posters.

There are also people who just prefer the sound quality, or still use CD players in their cars or old stereos. And believe it or not, some artists still release CDs at shows or online for fans who want to support them directly.

I do know that there are collectors that do this the old fashioned way. But I don’t know about the artists releasing songs on CDs, kinda sounds archaic.
 
It's a total waste of time trying to buy CDs to listen to music because there are so many alternatives which are available to stream music from like Spotify, YouTube music, and the rest.

It is more like giving yourself more unnecessary work because music can be accessed in a more easier way. I only know a few that do that and they are old.
